You can add gentle mouth opening or use cross-friction over particularly tender areas. ✅ STEP 3: Medial pterygoid release Follow the inside of your lower teeth toward the back of your mouth until you reach the soft tissue along the inner jaw. Use gentle, tolerable pressure over tender areas rather than aggressively digging into them.
