am i the only one who constantly has people (often strangers) coming up to me in public mentioning things they saw on my social media/heard about me? people are definitely watching, the trick is learning not to care about their opinions lol

Also, even if someone does perceive you/judge you- it’s none of your business! I’m not going to pretend I’ve never judged someone (in public or otherwise) but I’ve just as often if not more often admired people doing cool, brave, fun, silly stuff. And really my thoughts positive or negative had no impact on those people

I went out last night and the place I went had trivia games. I didn’t have anyone to play with so I just signed up as a team of one and ended up getting second place! Sometimes it’s okay to go out and have fun alone!

i would say that the framing of “no one is watching” should instead be “it doesn’t matter who’s watching”, cause people do definitely be watching they just don’t CARE for real, and that’s the tricky part that not many of us realise. No one cares, ppl got terribly complicated lives of their own so they just won’t care as much as you ever will
