one question (I'm a beginner and not in the usa ) wouldn't be wise for me to hold my long term tokens (xrp, sol eth, etc...) in a cold wallet until everything is figured out in a few years,, because it seems scary to me at this transitioning times ???

Yeah this is the definition of regulatory capture. Without legal protection the banks would have a massively inferior product. We’re basically subsidizing the banks, but that’s what America has always done.

Don't fret. There are some loopholes when it comes to stablecoins. They can actually say anyone who does one transaction a month can have 4% on their stablecoins, and a lot of other loopholes.
