Ingredients: - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2 cups baby potatoes, halved - 4 large carrots, sliced into rounds - 2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil) - 1 teaspoon dried thyme - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - Salt to taste - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1.
