Sushi Bake, we TORE this up! 🍣😋 Ingredients: • 2 Costco @bibigo kitchen sticky rice bowls (about 2 cups cooked rice total) • ~2–3 tbsp rice vinegar (adjust to taste) • ~12 oz salmon • Garlic salt, black pepper, garlic powder • 1 package imitation crab, shredded • 2 oz cream cheese • 3 tbsp Kewpie mayo • Sriracha (to taste) • Splash of soy sauce To finish it off 😚👌 • Kewpie mayo • Sriracha • Eel sauce • Green onions • Crunchy garlic • Crunchy onions • Everything but the bagel seasoning • Seaweed snacks Instructions: 1. Season salmon with garlic salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Air fry at 400° for about 10 minutes, then flake. 2. In a bowl, combine shredded imitation crab, cooked salmon, cream cheese, Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, and a splash of soy sauce. Mix until creamy. 3. Add your heated sticky rice straight to your baking dish. Pour in rice vinegar and mix it right in the dish, then press it down evenly to form your base layer. 4. Crush seaweed snacks (or sprinkle furikake) over the rice, along with everything bagel seasoning. 5. Spread the salmon and crab mixture evenly on top. 6. Bake at 350° for about 20 minutes. 7. Drizzle with Kewpie mayo, Sriracha, and eel sauce. Top with green onions, crunchy garlic, and crunchy onions. #EasyRecipe #yum #sushi #salmon
