there have been a lot of great wrist blood pressure monitors for at least a decade probably longer. but you have to hold it at the level of your heart not rested on a table.

It’s best to have a real person, pump up the cuff and hear it with the first bp pump. Nurses use digital at intake. My doctor takes it again old fashioned way. There’s a difference in results.
