Still struggling with my almost five months baby girl, she goes to bed at 8:30 but always wakes up 45 minutes after and with full energy and stays up till 10:45 😭😭🫠🫠

Did your baby go to sleep this early all the time? Ours is 6 weeks old and we are trying to figure out a good routine and what time to settle her for bed. Right now it is currently 9pm and momma is exhausted 😅

I think when my kids were babies their bedtime was around 8. and when they were in daycare it was between 730-8. there were times that if they were clearly super tired I'd push their bedtime to the left but that was because our day started SUPER early.
