⇩ Full Recipe 🍜 ⇩ Macros per serving: Protein: 60g Carbs: 15g Fat: 15g Calories: 448 Ingredients per serving: - 6oz kelp noodles - 1.5 tbsp lemon juice - 2/3 tbsp baking soda - 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder - 2 cups chicken bone broth - 3 tbsp soy sauce Toppings: - 5oz boneless skinless chicken thigh, raw - 1/3 second spray oil - 1 tsp salt - 1 tsp paprika - 2 tsp minced garlic - 1 tsp black pepper - 1 egg (soft boiled) - 1 green onion - 1 bok choy - 1 tsp chili oil How to make it yourself: 1. Then it diced your green onion and separate your bok choy leaves. 2. In a bowl, mix your kelp noodles with baking soda and lemon juice and let marinate for 10 minutes. Then rinse the noodles with running water and let it sit for 15 minutes before completely draining. 3. Season your chicken with salt, paprika, minced garlic, and black pepper. 4. On a pan on medium heat, coated with spray oil, cook your chicken until golden brown and cook through. 5. In a pot of boiling water, boil your egg for six minutes and then immediately transfer to cold water and peel. 6. In a small bowl mix together chicken bouillon powder, chicken bone broth, and soy sauce to make your broth. 7.
