Because Germans are very in touch with their health and taking care of themselves, so it’s actually not strange at all. Americans are conditioned at a young age to follow with the media tells them to eat, which is junk food and processed things made in a factory. That’s why I became a holistic nutritionist to learn how to eat healthy because I never learned it on my own as an American, but German that’s a big part of your culture. They learn health andwell-being from their parents and community and school schools.
