I think it’s a perfect amount for a teenager. We need to start normalizing what a healthy female teenager should be eating. Athletes or active teenagers have metabolism that are crazy.

How much time do they get? 😂 My son comes home with a full lunch some days bc they have so little time. And please don’t let it be a testing/final day. They get like 7 minutes. Can’t stand it.
