I work for Ford mobile service out of IL and let me say its saves the customer so much time and money then being in the shop. I would definitely highly recommend getting a mobile service than going into the shop its very efficient. The mobile van does oil change, tires air filter, spark plugs and recalls

Love this service! However the scheduling online doesn't work at least not for the location I use. I have to call to several times before someone answers to schedule.

Be careful how you phrase it. Complementary means no charge. People are going to think the whole service is free. In reality..there is no extra charge for the mobile truck coming out to you.

this is my job we do oil changes on most vehicles not just ford we also do brakes and we do most recalls too!

I’ve had them do my f150 several times and they rotate the tires. Same price as if I took to the dealer

Ik this is an ad but they did my oil change without me even being home and an hour away from the dealer. Total was 68$. Absolutely love this service
