Looking for a Mother’s Day treat idea?  These overnight cinnamon rolls are easy to make with kids and guaranteed to put a smile on mum’s face. Prep them the night before, then simply bake fresh the next morning for the perfect breakfast in bed. The method is below. For the full ingredient list and recipe, comment “recipe” 👇 Start by mixing the yeast, honey and warm water together, then leave it for around 10 minutes until it becomes foamy. Add in the melted butter, flour and salt, then knead until you have a soft smooth dough. Cover and leave somewhere warm for around an hour, or until doubled in size. Roll the dough out into a large rectangle, spread over softened butter, then sprinkle generously with brown sugar and cinnamon before rolling tightly into a log. Slice into rolls and place into a greased baking dish.
