The biggest change was definitely cutting out alcohol completely. Between the nausea and how it stalls progress, it’s just not worth it anymore!

had two small glasses of wine on shot night and I was WRECKED the entire next day. most I can drink at any time is a single Mich ultra in one night. 23 year old me would be very sad! 😄
