Marinate steak with all seasonings, garlic, onion, orange juice, cilantro, soy sauce and Worcestershire for at least 30 minutes (overnight preferred). 2. Mix warm water, salt and Harina P.A.N. and rest five minutes. Then shape into thick discs. 3. Cook arepas on a lightly greased skillet 6–7 minutes per side until golden. 4. Roast salsa ingredients until charred; blend with cilantro, salt, pepper, lime and a splash of water. 5. Heat oil and butter. Sear steak over medium-high heat until deeply browned and caramelized. I chopped my steak before cooking but you can also chop after searing! 6. Mash guacamole ingredients. Mix pico de gallo ingredients. 7. Slice arepas open.
