Method 1. Combine all marinade ingredients with the chicken and leave for 30 minutes. 2. Fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside. 3. Heat oil in a wok or pan. Add chopped garlic and green chillies and sauté until fragrant. 4. Add the cashews (or peanuts) and sesame seeds, and cook for 1 minute. 5. Pour in the sauce mixture and cook until it thickens. 6. Add the fried chicken and toss until fully coated. 7. Finish with spring onions and serve hot with rice or noodles.
