@dearestdej: One of the hardest transitions becoming an OTR driver is that i lost my gym routine. Someone who was consistent and disciplined with it to not going at all for a while, it hit me hard. I also was sitting at 115 lbs, lost too much weight and started my journey of gaining weight back, now sitting somewhere between 134-140. I’m really happy with my current weight but i need to tone it all up, which is what my current goal is. I’ve been implementing outdoor workouts everyday, but it doesn’t feel enough because I’m comparing it to my previous access to a gym 5-6x a week with all the equipment and ability of progressive overload. Otr drivers, any tips and recommendations would be helpful 🫶🏽 I have a PF membership but as a company driver, I’m unable to go and park at their lots. I’ve walked to one a few times as well as uber, but it’s not an ideal set up EVERY day.
