It's literally just a dress, no one can say otherwise. Costume is just the same word for clothing in other languages. I wore a black one to a concert and I got three compliments. I felt SO cute, it hits my big belly just right to give me a nice waistline. I have been really enjoying going out alone and it's fun to dress up. Especially when it's so easy. Throw this dress and a few necklaces on, braid my hair(or try to do a blowout- I suck at it), and I'm ready. If I'm gonna be walking a lot I wear shorts to protect me from chafing. Or Goldbond Friction Defense. It's a must have and SO much cheaper than all the other chafe sticks. Like $5-6 at WalMart or on Amazon
