Crispy Butter Garlic Potatoes. Recipe ↓ ■ INGREDIENTS: • potatoes (Yukon Gold or russet) - 1.5 lb (700 g) • salt - for boiling + to taste • butter - 2-3 tbsp • garlic - 3-4 cloves, sliced • fresh parsley - small handful, chopped • paprika - 1/2 tsp • Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp • black pepper - to taste ■ HOW TO COOK: 1. Peel the potatoes and cut into bite-size chunks. 2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10-15 minutes, until fork-tender (a fork should slide in easily). 3. Drain well and let them sit for a few minutes to dry out - this helps them crisp better. 4. Heat a pan over medium heat and add butter. 5. Add potatoes and cook undisturbed for 3-4 minutes to get a golden crust. 6. Then toss and keep cooking until crispy on all sides. 7. Add sliced garlic, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Stir gently and cook for about 30-60 seconds - don’t let the garlic burn. 8. Turn off heat, add fresh parsley, black pepper, and a pinch of salt if needed. 9. Toss everything together. 10.
