A knight and a princess fell in love but the princess was already arranged to marry a prince. At the wedding the knight watched his love get taken away. On that night as the knight goes through the garden where he first danced with the princess, he saw the king about to enter the castle. The knight stopped the king in his footsteps, confessing that he loved the princess and that he didn’t want her to marry the prince. The king was furious and fired the knight for wanting to interfere with the princess’s marriage. As the night grew darker, the knight took a lantern, went on to his horse and as he was about to leave to a far far place the princess ran up to him saying “Take me with you!” The knight responded “You can’t leave, princess…This kingdom’s future is in…you and your husband’s hands…” the knight teared up and his throat began to burn he managed to say “I do not have all the qualities you need in a man. For I am just a knight...” The princess looked in his eyes with a sparkle in hers “You have every quality a prince could never achieve and every quality a prince has but better.” The knight looked down, confused “but I do not have the money a prince has, I cannot run a kingdom like a prince becoming king can..” The princess shook her head as she still had the sparkle in her eyes “I do not need money and if my father wants me to run a kingdom with that man, I shall not. Therefore you won’t either.” The knights eyes widened “Are you insisting on running away? Princess no…this kingdom needs you.” He replied very worried. The princess nodded “Yes. I want to run away with you and this kingdom can burn in hell if the people in it are against my decision.” The knight got off his horse “Why would you sacrifice all of this just to be with me? Isn’t there at least any other way?” The princess shook her head “Simply because I do not want there to be any other way. My future in this kingdom will be nothing but experiencing hell itself.” The knight was stunned “What about the loving actions the prince does?” The princess got closer to him “You make words feel like something actions could never.” The princess kissed him “I only want you”
