They have their own lives, their own needs, their own ways of being and they deserve our respect. When we care for animals, we are teaching something important. Not just to children, but to each other. We are saying I see you. I value you. You matter. Animals make us better humans. Not because they try to but because they simply show up, day after day, and trust us.So let's be worthy of that trust.Let's speak for them when they cannot speak. Let's protect their homes. Let's teach our children that kindness is not weakness it's the most important thing we can offer. Because in the end, how we treat animals says everything about who we are.
