Ingredients Yogurt Base 1 cup Greek yogurt 1 garlic clove, grated Juice of ½ lemon Zest of ½ lemon 1 tbsp parsley, chopped Paprika Butter 3 tbsp butter 1 tsp paprika ½ tsp chili flakes Eggs 2–4 eggs Crusty bread, for serving Steps Make the yogurt base Mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, and parsley. Make the paprika butter Melt butter over medium-low heat. Add paprika and chili flakes. Cook 30–60 seconds until fragrant, then remove from heat. Cook the eggs Fry eggs to your preferred doneness. Cover with a lid for 30–60 seconds so the tops gently set. Assemble Spread yogurt onto a plate. Place eggs on top. Finish Spoon over the paprika butter. Serve with crusty bread. #cilbir #turkeyfood #breakfast
