@chronicallywellandhot: hypermobility does not automatically equal Instability, and instability is not synonymous with dislocations and subluxations. However, instability has made me more prone to the latter. This is my personal experience, this is NOT an invitation of “let’s play who has it worse” or the sick Olympics. Many have worse shoulder symptoms than me, and there are many I have worse shoulder symptoms than. If you’d like to share your own experience, feel free to without saying “you’re so lucky you didn’t have xyz”. This is only a snippet of my shoulder pain experiences, and only one aspect of my experience with hEDS. Again, hypermobility (which led to instability) is only one symptom of hEDS/HSD! #jointpain #instability #shoulderpain #shoulderexcercise
