Lost my father 2 years ago to cancer . I was only close to him not anyone in my house but only him. No one was there to support me for two months i thought i was dying inside but had to get up because life didn’t stop. Had to work had to study and work for myself so i can understand what grief and loss of someone who feels like home is like . Please its a suggestion from a person who fought really hard to get up again that reset your life keep yourself busy follow a routine for a specific period of time you wont heal completely but you’ll feel better i used a reset guide and it helped me alot helped me get back into a routine. Your mental health matters not for anyone else but for yourself . Wishing all good and happiness to the person who created the guide that helped me get back to a track.🙏🙏
