In another bowl, add eggs, sour cream, heavy cream and vinegar mixture, oil and creamed corn. Whisk until smooth. Fold dry into wet. Butter a 9x9” dish and pour batter into it. Bake in a preheated 375*f oven for 40 minutes, or until you can press on the middle and it slightly springs back.
