To be fair if this accidental death happened in a house the outcome would have been the same, this man likely knows that he would be blamed because they are homeless. It’s sad, but these things do happen, and his fear of being judged differently is legit. They must not have found any reason to think anything malicious took place. I didn’t understand the kidnapping charge anyway.
