Track roughly, not obsessively. (But track obsessively if you want the best results) And understand: consistency beats variety until consistency is easy. You don’t need 20 recipes. You need a rhythm. When your meals are repeatable, your results are too. Save this for when you’re “tired of meal prepping.” Because this isn’t meal prep. It’s auto-pilot nutrition for people who want to actually live their lives.
