A few days ago, many of you sent me this video (I have trimmed it to save time). It was clearly aiming for comedy (I think) but many people in the comments said they disliked it because it had a mean vibe. The idea is essentially, don’t trust a personal trainer who doesn’t look a certain way. Personally, I am not a fan of this psychology. A personal trainers knowledge does not correlate with their muscle mass or inversely correlate with their body fat percentage. Let me make one thing crystal clear. It would be super easy for me to play into this. I am a dude with a six pack, I could make all of my videos topless and make it sound like ANY of you who have more body fat than me don’t know as much as me, because otherwise you would be leaner and more muscular. But that is silly, because you all know that isn’t how knowledge works. So yeah, no need to pile on and give the creator a hard time. Just giving my two cents. Thoughts?
