No, so many contractors are undercharging cause you have these big companies that are telling there subs that they have so much money in this trade and than those subs undercharge and gives those big businesses leeway to charge less but still make money. Majority of those guys that work at these big companies don’t know what a 2x4 or a 2x6 is. While the ones that know how to do the can’t market. Yes, majority of those contractors do underbid because they miss things like you said in your video. But how can they win when they can’t market like these big companies?!?!?
