It’s such a powerful and intense move, but it also requires a ton of balance, stability and control. Spring load and foot placement is also important in this move because if that’s off you can fall off the machine 😱 So let’s take a look at the Do’s and Don’ts so you can maximize the effectiveness and safety while in Super Lunge: 🚫DON’T do a “light version” of Super Lunge - super dangerous in a group class! ✅DO have enough spring tension on to act as the counter balance while in the movement. (2 heavy 2 light is always the recommended, but per @seb never less than 1 heavy 5 light.
