On the first day I always bring something you don’t have to heat up. I always have a sandwich and chips. I bring my Stanley with ice and I have a soda in my lunch bag. I come prepared because you never know what they do and do not provide until you get there

For sure bring something that doesn’t need heated like a sandwich. That way you don’t have to worry about the microwave the first day you can scope out the lay of the break room and be so ready for day two!

First day I would bring like a sandwich of salad, something easy to carry and ready to eat. That gives you chance to explore the place, microwaves, fridges, locations etc 😬 then you can plan for next days. I never bring lunch on Friday’s because I like to buy lunch as a little treat with my coworkers

Bring a lunch- leave it in ur car. that way if you get invited to lunch cool, if you're having a stressful day or feel awkward you can take a car break.
