SALADS THAT ACTUALLY KEEP YOU FULL 👉🏼 You have to make my Creamy Greeky Protein Power Bowls this week. Literally a hyperfixation meal for me, great for prepping and so satisfying. Serves 2 Approx. 470 kcal, 44g protein, 8g fibre per bowl 1/2 cucumber 1/2 red onion 1/2 red pepper & green pepper Large handful of cherry tomatoes 160g cooked chicken breast, shredded 1/2 tin chickpeas, drained A handful of kalamata olives 80g feta A handful of fresh dill and parsley, chopped Dressing 3 heaped tbsp cottage cheese, about 100g 1 tsp garlic granules ½ tsp dried oregano 1 tsp wholegrain mustard or American mustard 1 tsp honey 2 tsp balsamic vinegar Deseed and dice the cucumber, dice the peppers, onion and cut the tomatoes in 1/2, chop the herbs. Mix the cottage cheese, garlic granules, mustard, honey, oregano & balsamic in the base of a large mixing bowl. Add diced cucumber, red onion, peppers, cherry tomatoes, shredded chicken, chickpeas, olives, feta & herbs. Toss everything together until coated in the dressing. Great to prep. If the dressing separates slightly in the fridge, just give everything a good mix, and it will come back together. #healthyrecipes #quickrecipes #highprotein
