Does wood therapy remove lipedema? No. Wood therapy does not remove or reduce lipedema fat tissue. Lipedema is a chronic fat distribution disorder (mostly in legs, sometimes arms) involving: * abnormal fat cell growth * inflammation * fragile lymphatic drainage * easy bruising and tenderness So it’s not just “fluid retention” or simple swelling. ⸻ What wood therapy can do (limited) Wood massage techniques may: * temporarily improve circulation * help lymph flow a bit * reduce a feeling of heaviness for some people * slightly decrease fluid-related swelling on top of lipedema
