this is the most reasonable take on this case I've seen so far. I only just heard about it this morning. I knew absolutely nothing about this so I'm learning a lot very quickly and most tiktoks are quite angry so it's hard to dig into the details, but from everything I've seen you pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Prosecution also agreed to take the lesser chargers off the table so they barred themselves from certain arguments. A mess.
