@jakeclaverqfop: Yes. A living trust does not replace a will. A pour-over will moves anything not already titled in the trust into the trust at death. Assets bought after the trust was established and never retitled, gold, silver, property, family heirlooms, all get pulled in through the pour-over will. Without it, those assets go through probate. With it, they flow into the trust and pass to the beneficiaries the way you intended.
