The fines need to double each month. $1k for month 1, $2k for month 2, $4k…$8k, by the end of 1 year the fine will be $2.4million and $8 billion by year two. At some point he’d decide the bushes aren’t worth it.

I get ppl wanting fines to scale, but it really does make the law unfair, someone who drives a 500 car, shouldn't get a 20 dollar fine when someone with a 50k car gets a 5k fine; while both doing the same crime. unless you wanna get crazy and make it like 0-100k gets this and then 100-250k ect ect

While I agree he should be fined more for breaking regulations but let's be real, the hedge is meant for security purposes in case of a break in. Being one of the richest people in America, even if there isn't any loose cash laying around, I have no doubt there is still really expensive shit laying around his house. 😭

In this case I think the fine should be scaled based on how much you’re breaking the rule like speeding tickets are. If the law is 3.5 feet and your hedge is 4feet the fine shouldn’t be too bad. If it’s 6 feet you obviously know you’re breaking the rules you get a $2k fine. 8 feet $4k. Doubles for every 2 feet over the limit you are
