Your skin looks so good!!! I have always been hyper focused on my skin! LOL I wished it would've been a phase. 🙄 My mom purchased my first facial kit for me at 12 and it was Shiseido, with the facial soap, a facial scrub brush, toner, and moisturizer. I learned all about skin care and by the time I was 16 I was going for regular facials. I started going to my favorite spa when I was 17 and 38 years later the original owner retired, her 2 daughters took over and a few years ago their daughters are now taking over. 😂 I typically go weekly and have most of the time. I get as many treatments possible, I love microdermabrasions and I love a really good face mask treatment. I continued using Shiseido until I was in my 30s and then I switched to Guinot and Dermalogic. I love those 2 products and I stick with them. I always suggest to other ladies that everything you do to your face, you do to your neck!! My neck doesn't have any wrinkles or aging signs but neither does my face. I always make sure to wash my face twice a day if I do nothing else. Keep your face clean, moisturized and get it professionally cleaned at least every other month with a treatment of microdermabrasion. I also make sure to use a facial brush to wash my face. My ADHD does that to me. 😅 I got completely fixated on perfumes, built a huge collection, and even put them on a beautiful glass display. Now the hyperfixation is gone, and I barely wear any of them. 😅 As for skincare, ChatGPT helped me build a routine, and I’m sticking to it. Honestly, after all the research I’ve done, nothing has more scientific evidence behind it than tretinoin. It’s considered the gold standard for anti-aging and skin renewal, and it’s more effective than over-the-counter retinol. A small amount at night 2–3 times a week, plenty of moisturizer, and daily sunscreen. Simple, proven, and much cheaper than constantly chasing the latest skincare trends.

I LOOOVE Colorescience! The flex is my favorite tinted moisturizer with spf. I wear it daily, alone or under makeup. I started using Laura Gellar pressed powder recently as my “makeup” when I need a “fancier” look for different events, and the two work so freaking good together. Anyhow… sharing mine back with ya 🤣
