So true. We place so much pressure on men to provide the impossible, yet we're all living in the same tough economy. Men need support, understanding, and safe spaces to be vulnerable too. Partnership should be about building together, not expecting one person to carry everything alone. Losing a loved one due to mental health struggles and the pressures of society is heartbreaking. It reminds us that everyone is fighting battles we may know nothing about. I pray that as a society we do better, show more compassion, and be kinder to one another. No problem is bigger than another when it is weighing heavily on someone's heart. A little grace, understanding, and genuine concern can go a long way.
