Such a good time, but I agree the runs at 4:15 would shave off a full minute minimum, the row quicker and faster transitions could shave 20 seconds, and a tighter roxzone setup could shave off 5 seconds per station. There is your 2 minutes. But what an accomplishment and to also race twice in 4 days is wild!!!

Are you still training for a marathon? Would love to see how you balance training for both! I bet doing compromised sessions where you do like a .65 run (to include roxzone) and then alternating burpees and row for your stations right after would be killer. I remember you did a workout with a km run right into 30 burpees x8 during a challenge last summer and that was amazinggggg! Love following along !

One thing I see on your rowing form from your content is the efficiency of your stroke. On your pull back, there’s a lot of up and down with the handle on the rower losing tension on the chain vs. others going more in a direct line to their sternum. Would love to hear your feedback if that technique works best for you or if you’ve ever noticed it! Keep working, you’re awesome!

try to race in a "fast" route. some hyrox venues are faster than others. Look, in your split- last km - that's a 1 min off already because, as you said, it was more than 1 km. in some races, roxzone is small, in some first km is not even a km... try to find a fast one and don't obsess that much on pushing the stations
