I 100% recommend period underwear- u don’t have to change it as often, it’s comfortable. U could do a pad/tampon with it, etc- and also if u ever wanna swim while on ur period but don’t do tampons. PERIOD SWIMWEAR. TRUST ME.

I wish someone had taught me this stuff sooner 😭 for years my period meant bloating, cravings, mood swings and feeling completely drained for a week every month. I honestly thought suffering through it was normal. Then a woman in a wellbeing group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. I ended up losing 30 lbs, feeling more balanced and finally getting my energy back. Worth it. Feels like information every woman should hear.
