We’re talking about daily routines. And I’m suggesting a framework that consists of just three elements… because I think complexity is THE issue when it comes to making routines stick. When they’re too elaborate, they feel like another chore instead of making your life easier.. which was the whole point of creating a routine in the first place, wasn’t it?  As always, there’s a looot more to say about everything I’m mentioning. This video is meant only as an easy-to-digest introduction to the topic. Please also keep in mind that „the 3 anchors“ is my personal modern take on a helpful daily routine, and not something the original Stoics practiced themselves. Their daily routines often journaling or reflecting, which I could cover in a separate post in case you’re interested!
