✨Matida Cake✨ مكونات الكيك 3 بيض 200 غ سكر فانيلا 100 غ زيت 100 غ حليب 70 غ كاكاو رشة ملح 200 غ طحين 11 غ بيكينغ بودر 🍫مكونات الجناش 350 غ شوكولا داكنة (حصراً داكنة) 350 غ كريمة خفق 150 غ زبدة طريقة تحضير الجناش: نسخن كريمة الخفق حتى تصبح ساخنة، ثم نضيفها فوق الشوكولا الداكنة و الزبدة . نتركها لمدة دقيقة، ثم نخلط جيداً حتى نحصل على جناش ناعم ولامع ومتجانس. نضع الجناش في البراد لمدة 10 دقائق تقريباً، حتى يبرد ويصبح قوامه متماسكاً وسهل الاستخدام. ملاحظة لتطبيق الكيك بعد الانتهاء من وضع طبقات الكيك والجناش، يجب ترك الكيك في البراد حتى يبرد ويتماسك جيداً قبل التزيين أو التقديم، للحصول على نتيجة مثالية وتقطيع مرتب. ✨ Matida Cake ✨ Ingredients: 3 eggs 200 g sugar Vanilla 100 g vegetable oil 100 g milk 70 g cocoa powder A pinch of salt 200 g flour 11 g baking powder ✨🍫 Ganache Ingredients ✨ 350 g dark chocolate (dark chocolate only) 350 g whipping cream 150 g butter Ganache Preparation: Heat the whipping cream until hot, then pour it over the dark chocolate and butter. Let it sit for 1 minute, then mix well until you obtain a smooth, glossy, and homogeneous ganache. Place the ganache in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes, until it cools and reaches a firm, workable consistency.
