FTM here, is it bad that I’ve literally never followed any wake windows or anything like that for my baby? She’s 7 weeks and I just feed her when she’s hungry and put her to sleep when she’s tired💁🏻♀️

Okay but how do you get then to sleep without just feeding them? If I put her in her crib and she’s fed and swaddled but awake, no matter how tired, she will stay awake in there. She is only 3 weeks so I’m guessing it’s bc she can’t self soothe- we rock her to sleep and then put her down

It sounds so simple but with my first I would go all day doing nothing for myself. I would just sit in the same spot all day. No eating or anything. I wouldn’t even pee!!! I’m pregnant again and have to change all that!!
