the only problem I had with mine is it only hurt around the back during the morning which my person would take it off in the morning and let me have it off for an hour but I was monitored the entire time i miss it

I was afraid of the flat cage, then the negative. never canceled anything lol. I do however have keyless locks and I am afraid of those. yes multiple for some reason. they come in a pack of 5 for some reason and I don't know why because it can't ever be removed lol
