I've been a CNA for over 25 years The first thing that I would have done is raise the bed to the right height The secondly when it comes to lifting or transferring a client or a resident always make sure that your knees are completely bent while you are lifting the client or resident and as well when your placing the client or resident back down to a sitting or laying position always bend your knees not your back bend your knees This will save you a lot of back problems as a healthcare worker

Respectfully. Never in my life would I have thought I’d ever see a reverse curl transfer from a low bed position😭 ik they’re learning but I would’ve thought intuitively you’d want to the hold them at the waist underhand at the very least….
