If this theories were real, I know they are not, but let me just assume if they were real, you will only need to work on two things, the first thing is to make humans immortal. And the second is to work on making the fastest aircraft which can let people leave the solar system and stay somewhere else in the Milky Way. an example is the movie title Valerian and the City of a thousand planets. this movie is so amazing that people manage to make the fastest aircraft in the world which can travel at the speed of light.
