the metrics are overrated anyway. a forerunner 165 is plenty and has so much trickle down features nowadays. the watch never made you run faster anyways, it’s a basic tool to assist you.

Ingredients: - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 2 cups baby potatoes, halved - 4 large carrots, sliced into rounds - 2 tablespoons olive oil (or vegetable oil) - 1 teaspoon dried thyme - 1 teaspoon garlic powder - 1 teaspoon dried rosemary - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper - Salt to taste - Fresh parsley for garnish (optional) Instructions: 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix thyme, garlic powder, rosemary, salt, and pepper. 3. Rub the chicken breasts with half of the olive oil and coat with the herb mixture. 4.
