Butternut Squash Crostini with Brie & Prosciutto | Part 3 of My Thanksgiving Series ✨ An easy Thanksgiving appetizer made with toasted baguette, melty brie, roasted butternut squash, and crispy prosciutto. Ingredients •	1 French baguette, sliced on a diagonal into 10–12 slices •	2½ cups butternut squash, diced into small ¼-inch cubes •	2 tbsp olive oil •	1 tsp smoked paprika •	¼ tsp nutmeg •	½ tsp salt •	¼ tsp black pepper •	8 oz brie cheese, sliced •	4–5 slices prosciutto •	1–2 garlic cloves •	Hot honey, for drizzling •	1 tsp fresh thyme leaves Instructions 1.	Roast the butternut squash. Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss the squash with olive oil, smoked paprika, nutmeg, salt, and pepper. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet and roast 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway. 2.	Crisp the prosciutto. During the last 8–10 minutes of roasting, add the prosciutto on a separate baking sheet and bake until crispy. Let cool, then crumble. 3.	Toast the bread. Reduce oven to 400°F. Place baguette slices on a baking sheet, drizzle lightly with olive oil, and toast for 5 minutes until golden. 4.	Rub with garlic + add brie. Rub each warm toast with the garlic. Add a slice of brie and return to the oven for 2–3 minutes, until the brie softens. 5.	Make the topping. In a bowl, mix the roasted squash, crispy prosciutto, and fresh thyme. 6.	Assemble + toast again. Spoon the mixture over the brie-topped toasts. Keep the oven at 400°F and bake for 3–5 minutes to warm through. 7.	Finish + serve. Drizzle with hot honey and serve warm. #butternutsquash #EasyRecipe #appetizers #thanksgiving #appetizersideas
