You can marinate it overnight for additional flavor.  4. Add the rice and mix it. Pour 4 cups of boiling water. Stir it a bit with a spoon.  5. Cover with wet parchment paper and aluminum foil.  6. Bake in a preheated oven on 420F for 45 minutes. Remove the cover and bake for 10 more minutes. 7. Transfer the oven to convection broil on 450F and broil/grill for 5-7 minutes to get a nice golden crust.  8. Garnish with a bit of Maldon flaky salt and chopped parsley.  Enjoy!
