I tried gray rock. I disengaged from the argument. It got worse and worse. Every time I disengaged, he kept antagonizing me with threats and punishments. So I called him out. Called him a bully. Then he said, I’m not trying to be a bully and finally left me alone.

@Nicki Slim: I tried the gray rocking and it actually just progressed and got worse. I checked her and it slowed it down a little but she reacted badly still. At the end, I documented her action in writing and sent it to the president. I still have in case I need to make it legal.
