I’ve been getting them post op because I have a lot of fluid sitting around my incision sites. I probably wouldn’t get them if I hadn’t had surgery.

I’ve been going to a physical therapist to get mine and honestly, her touch is so light and I don’t really see a difference. It doesn’t feel like anything to me
